A．What is Michelin star? Explain its role in hospitality industry.

Michelin star award for the cuisine. Among the elements taken into account are the quality of the ingredients, the technical ability shown in their preparation, the combination of flavors, the creativity and the consistency of the cooking and the value for money it offers. Stars are only awarded for the food on the plate. Comfort and decor are not taken into account when stars are awarded. The Guide does not put pressure on anyone to invest in a particular way; if chefs want surroundings which meet the expectations of their customers and wish to provide a particular environment for customers to enjoy their food, that’s up to the chefs themselves。Michelin guide awards one to three stars to a small number of restaurants of outstanding quality. Stars are awarded sparingly; for instance, in the UK and Ireland 2004 guide, out of 5,500 entries, there are 98 with one star ("a very good restaurant in its category"), 11 with two stars ("excellent cooking, worth a detour"), and only 3 with three stars ("exceptional cuisine, worth a special journey"). In view of "Guide" fame, as well as a long history began in 1900, many chefs to be able to place in them to achieve good rankings even hard working.

B. If you are a general manager of a five star hotel, will you apply the Michelin for your hotel or the qualified restaurant with your hotel? Please explain.

If I am a general manager of a five star hotel ,I will not apply the Michelin for my hotel or the qualified restaurant with my hotel.
The “Guide “ may promote my hotel well. But nowadays there are many Controversies with Michelin guide .peoples’ reputation the Michelin Guides are subject to increasing amounts of scrutiny and criticism.
People thought that the inspection standards of Michelin was lax. Since the man Pascal Rémy,. a Michelin inspector, and also a former Gault Millau employee, wrote a tell-all book in 2004, claiming that Michelin had become extremely lax in its standards. He gave evidence that, though the guide claims to visit all 4,000 reviewed restaurants every 18 months in order to keep the guide up to standards, they are actually visited about every 3.5 years, unless a specific complaint had been made.[6] Rémy's employment was terminated. He brought a court case for unfair dismissal, which was unsuccessful.
Second, the Michelin guide with biases to the hotels not in French. As the Michelin Guide is published by a French company, some US food critics have claimed that the rating system is biased towards French cuisine, or towards the formality and presentation of the dining experience.
At last due to my hotel is 5 stars hotel, every part of my hotel is important. No matter the restaurant or the lodging department, so I will not only put the energy on the Michelin. And no matter getting or losing a star will have stress affect my chief and manager so that they may afraid to innovate. As a 5star hotel innovator is very important which the power to improve our hotel.
Due to the reasons above I decided not apply the Michelin for my hotel.

Safety and security are the most important for all forms of travel, because safety is the most essential of the travelers' right.
There are many forms to travel. People can take buses, drive cars, and take planes and so on. They will get into trouble, if they travel in an unsafe form, such as losing things, being hurt, and even died. The last one is the most serious situation for travelers. Life is invaluable, so a safety form to travel is important. Even they aren’t into the serious situation, but the problem will have bad effects on the travelers. They would have to stop traveling. These troubles are all engendering because of unsafe ways to travel. So the position of safety is the first in travel.

We think that the safest mode of passenger transport is by air.
In 2001, there were a total of 33 crash deaths, a total of 778 people died in the world. However, only 760,327 road accidents occurred in China, the death of people were 106,367; 644 traffic accidents occurred from the water, 490 people were dead and missing. In 2001 China's average daily number of deaths due to traffic had already reached 300.
Air travel is a rarely serious accident, resulting in the rate, air accident cases many casualties hurt, is about 1/3000000. In other words, to accumulate three million flights, which means you ride a plane every day, which flew 8,200 years, you may be, unfortunately, come once in an aviation accident, the accident’s probability is 1/3000000, showing that the aircraft kinds of means of transport is the safest, it is even more safer than walking, cycling, and by cars, trains or other modes of transport.
According to a United States National Security Council survey, in 1997 the number of accidental deaths in the United States is that 43200 people died of motor vehicles, 8600 people died of poisoning, 4,000 people died of drowning, only 110 people died of jet transport aircraft. This figure shows the air transport; its mortality rate is much lower than other causes of deaths. America's Security Committee also researched between 1993 and 1995 per million passengers per mile for each of the fatal accident occurred. The results showed that the fly is safer than taking cars about 22 times, in the elected representative six months, the highway accidental death about 21,000 people, this number is about all the world's jet accident deaths combined since 40 years ago the jet has been invented. According to all those examples and numbers, we surely believed that the air transport is the safest mode of passenger transport. So travel by air will be your first choice when you have a plan to go out. Of course not considered the money we should pay.

I’m Usher. My Chinese name is jiang yise. All my friends
think my Chinese given name is unique and some of them are
even curious about its meaning. In fact, it comes from the
well-known Chinese literature work called Tengwanggexu.

I’m a humorous boy and I always play jokes with my
classmates. I’m also a sporty boy and I like involving
myself in various sports after class. Basketball is my
favorite. Believe it or not, I’m an outstanding player,

I came from a beautiful city which called hangzhou.When I
